We are a long time appliance and vacuum dealer in Texas with 2 retail outlets and a central warehouse in Waco.
Shipping
Free shipping is limited to standard UPS Ground or FedEx Freight Economy to a loading dock, within the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping does NOT include any other shipping method or location.
As a general rule, smaller items will ship via UPS while large items, such as major appliances, will ship via common carrier, usually FedEx Freight.
Freight deliveries will be made to a loading dock only. If you do not have a commercial address with a loading dock for delivery, the delivery will be held on dock at the nearest FedEx Freight terminal for customer pick up.
Returns
Returns are accepted for 30 days with a return authorization. Shipping is not refunded used merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective vacuum or sewing machine we will pick it up and replace it at no charge.
If you receive a damaged appliance shipment do not accept delivery you are responsible for inspection on arrival freight companies are released from liability when you sign the freight bill.
